Rentals
Thanks for showing interest in renting our grange. Rentals are vital to continue to serve our community. Rental monies serve to pay the month to month expenses our grange incurs, as well as maintenance/updates.

If you are interested in renting the Grange Hall for an event, please see the procedure below. Currently we offer whole day rentals, but if you have a more specific need please reach out to discuss.

Read the rental agreement to make sure this is the right rental for you.

Check the event calendar on this website for availability for preferred dates.

Contact us to reserve date and schedule grange visit if needed. AlseaHopeGrange@gmail.com

Print and fill out pages 4-5 of the rental agreement, and mail back with rental fee and deposit. We must receive this within 5 business days to keep the date held. (cancellations rules: see below)

Mail to Alsea Hope Grange 27373 Alsea Deadwood Hwy., Alsea, OR 97324. If you would like to pay in cash please contact us to set up a time for this (must be within 5 days of initial contact)

Rental rules
What the fee includes: Use of entire hall building, including kitchen and outdoor areas.
Fee: $150 for the day.
​
Deposits: $200.
This will be returned as long as the grange was returned back to its original state and cleaned properly. If it is not there will be a fee of $40 per hour deducted from the deposit amount. If there is any damage to the grange property or neighboring properties we will assess the damage costs. Any charges over $200 will be billed to you.

Smoking is not allowed in the building, or within 15 feet of an door or open window

Alcohol is currently not allowed in the building.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Can I enter the day before or come in the day after to clean? We would need to discuss additional charges.
